• Built retrieval search over county procedures and install guides: staff ask in plain English and get the source passage back. Turned a five-minute document hunt into seconds; the IT team adopted it as its default reference with no mandate behind it.
• Built and maintain the jail bed-audit system and the Sheriff's daily-notes app. Replaced a paid sign-in/out product used by Probation and Health with an internal application.
• Built a YOLO computer-vision pipeline that auto-redacts faces and plates in FOIA video before staff review.
• Built a Db2-to-SQL pipeline that copied the county's entire IBM Db2 records database before an RMS/CAD vendor transition, when no vendor backup would be ready in time. Coordinated the cutover across both vendors and every deputy's in-vehicle terminal.
• Automated onboarding, role changes, and offboarding across Active Directory and Microsoft 365, plus County Clerk payment logging, file-integrity checks, and daily CISA alert emails.
• Wrote a one-step installer that cut RMS installation on deputies' in-vehicle terminals from hours to minutes.
• Run the county's state security audits through remediation and reporting. Remediated the Health Department's device fleet after a HIPAA audit in July 2026.

Ticket Copilot

• Classifies each ticket and drafts a cited response from knowledge-base retrieval. A deterministic tripwire can only raise severity, and P1 tickets go directly to a person.
• Eight review gates, including checks for missing citations and exposed personal information. Each run records its routing decision, and nothing sends automatically.
• 101 automated regression tests against the workflow code. On a 12-ticket hand-labeled evaluation set, the first run scored 58 percent; after hardening it scored 12 of 12 with every P1 ticket escalated.

logic2ableton

• Reverse-engineered Logic Pro's undocumented binary project format to extract note-accurate MIDI (pitch, velocity, position, duration), verified against Apple's own shipping demo songs. Also reads Pro Tools' obfuscated .ptx session container.
• Converts in six directions across Logic Pro, Ableton Live, and Pro Tools, and every run writes a report of what transferred and what did not. Published on PyPI with an Electron desktop app; 423 automated tests with CI on Windows and macOS.

• MCP server that gives coding agents durable memory across sessions: SQLite with vector and keyword retrieval, consolidation, and confidence decay. Hooks recall context before each prompt and check proposed shell commands against recorded failures before they run.
